With over 25+ years of experience, Dr. Shah is a renowned name in the field of joint replacement surgeries. Having successfully performed over 4000 surgeries and another 8000 trauma and spine surgeries, Dr. Shah has brought about a revolution in the field of joint replacement, spine and complex hand surgery as a significant element of post-traumatic care. Dr. Shah strongly believes that ‘’Learning should never stop’’ and carries an undying penchant towards exploring various possibilities in the world of medical science. In essence, his sole aim is to make the world a better place for one and all.
Dr. Shah is also a Consulting Orthopaedic Surgeon at L.H.Hiranandani Hospital,Powai,Mumbai and a Honorary Consultant and Professor of Orthopaedics at Rajawadi Hospital,Ghatkopar,Mumbai.
Dr. Shah holds his M.B.B.S degree, 1990, from University of Bombay and post graduate degree MS Orthopaedics, D.Orth from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal general Hospital, Sion, Mumbai. A Level-1 Trauma Center, facilitating a range of super-speciality services.
Dr. Amin has also worked in All India Institute of Physical and Medical Rehabilitation, Mumbai and gained vast experience in performing Orthopaedic Pediatric procedures like CTEV, Poliomyelitis, Cerebral Palsy and Scoliosis and has performed over 1000+ Paediatric Orthopaedic Procedures.
Besides, Dr. Shah harbors a keen interest across allied specialties of Neuro-Surgery, General Surgery and Plastic Surgery and learnt the basic principles of management of compound injuries and Poly-Trauma Injuries.
